NOTE DI DEGUSTAZIONE

Intenso e brillante il giallo dorato alla vista, con perlage elegante e ricercato. Espressivo all’olfattiva, caratterizzato da sentori patinati di miele, liquirizia, mentolo, scorza d’arancia e pompelmo. Teso, armonico e vivace il palato, impostato su agrumi canditi, mele cotogne, note burrose e ricordi di pastafrolla. Lungo ed equilibrato il sorso, sorprendente la struttura.

ABBINAMENTI

Da sposare con prelibatezze ricercate, lo troverete meraviglioso se abbinato alla tartare di ostriche con emulsione di astice.
